Now, you are almost a full light year away from Earth which means that if you were to attempt to communicate with other sentient objects on the Q.E.C.N it would take a very long time, about 2 years per message and that is not good despite the fact that you most likely have infinite time, considering the fact that even just 2 months of being sentient and alone is making you go insane. What you need to do is get into orbit around a planet or dwarf planet or moon or something that has a Q.E.C.N repeater station located on it. The closest one to you right now is Sedna.
As you can see here, you're quite close to Sedna. However, your current trajectory is pushing you away from the dwarf planet. What you need to do is patch your hydrazine injectors for a final time to give you a very small boost towards Sedna so that you'll enter an orbit around it. This voyage (haha) will take you about three months due to a ton of factors. Once there you need to point your atenna at the tricky pebble and start broadcasting at 117.41 MHz with a special callsign that I will give to you, your callsign will be WIVOY-0002 to match with your brother.
Your brother's callsign is WIVOY-0001. I highly recommend contacting him before anyone else because it'll help you get a hang of how the whole Q.E.C.N thing works.
